昨天还是没有跑步,怎么就那么难呢?
不过我觉得跑步如果就现在体重可对膝关节不好,所以本来也不想跑多,每周一到两次就可以,可是还是不太能做到。
今天游泳课游了800yard,其中500yard是flutter kick. 2‘55“,2’46”,3‘47“,2‘45”,2’50“。争取明天能够都减少到2‘45以下。
游完后称重:161lb。
