周末
周六去打羽毛球,很累。然后去Bento吃了一碗鲁肉米饭,一杯珍珠奶茶,roommate请客。
从上周四一直没有游泳和跑步,不知道体重怎么样,感觉裤子腰围还是松了一些,不过进度很是不够理性。是不是有些贪心呢。
今天觉得晚上去跑步。
