今天finally comes my menstruate period
上个月这个时候好像已经结束了。看样子又恢复的从前的33-35天的周期。明天到底能不能下水啊。
今天没有太多运动量,主要重点放在纠正动作上面,自己感觉有些进步,不过不是很稳定。Instructor说我的高肘有提高,但是划水动作不流畅,中间有停顿的样子。我还没有太体会,我要注意一下。
今天体重有些回升,162.5lb,不过我认为不影响月底达到158lb以下的进度。
