体重又降到新低142lb
这几天没有什么特别的,就是吃的比较少,低碳和总量少了一些,但是吃了很多蔬菜和肉,也不觉得饿,甚至吃几块糖果。但是体重就是在下降。真是过了平台期,不努力体重下降也挡不住。另外就是睡眠很好了。
早上起来已经8:24了,没有锻炼,称了一下净重是142lb。
腹围34inch,腰围30.5inch。

上周一周都打网球,饮食没有太过注意
今天第一次下145lb,是锻炼以后称的了
今天早上跑4.56mile
今天早上在跑步机上跑了一个3.6mile的tempo
今天网球又赢了
