跑步2.6mile

跑了大概26,7分钟,从热身到cool down,一共2.6mile。坡度2.0.
跑10分钟6mile/hr,然后10分钟6.2mile/hr。
cool down后拉伸一下。
本来想跑long run的,但是时间不够了。
早上跑跑步真好,我为啥就是坚持不下来呢?
体重:145lb。
