今天第一次下145lb,是锻炼以后称的了
不该这么算,打完羽毛球,在88店买了1 cane 菊花茶喝完,回到家称144.5lb。
然后吃了一段饭就回来了,今天吃到比较多,吃完喝完(不少liquid),147lb了。
昨天打网球打了4个多小时,今天又打羽毛球2小时。上午本想跑一个5K,结果实在是太累了。
明天上午和教练练网球,下午去JTC打比赛,不知道中间这段时间,有没有体力打羽毛球呢。
周一还要有一场网球啊。
