上午:Gatorade 20oz
中午:鸡块,鸡胗,魔芋,夏威夷面包3个。
下午:大枣7个,cheeros crunky 1 包
晚上:面条100g,鸡肉土地数块,西葫芦半根
宵夜:樱桃12oz cup
早上起床体重:154lb,打完网球后,152lb
早上打了1.5hr网球,双打。
吃完晚饭后下雨,所以没有走路。
