Weight Lose Plan of This Month

I am going to have a this month be my new start of weight lose journey.
Last year from early July to early December, I lost up to 14 lbs, in 5 month, average about 3 lbs per month. It seems to be a pretty healthy pace. However, during the last two month, especially last month, I did not exercise regularly and started to eat junk foot and candy. I re-gained up to 4 lbs. I decided to stop eating those unhealthy food and start some more rigid food and exercise plan.
For February:
1 No food and snack after 8:30pm
2 No candies,
3 control food portion
4 exercise everyday, 30-90 minutes weekday and 4 hours Sat. and 2 hours Sun.
5 Swim on Tue, Thur, elliptical cardio on Mon (45 min+), 1mile X3 speed work on Tue, 7-9 mile run on Wed, easy 4-5 mile run on Friday, Sat badminton and Swim(if no race), Sun tempo/hill alternative run if no race, or swim.
My weight goal:
11-15: 150lb
16-22: 148lb
23-25: 147lb
25-25: 145lb
