早上:一个速冻的Quesadilla,几口捞面
中午:一包麻辣肥肠粉
snack:巧克力一小块,果汁糖3袋
晚饭:小米中午剩下的面条,昨天剩下的豆角,白米饭,豆腐青菜,鸡翅膀X2套
锻炼:按照新手跑过8周方案执行了第一天,跑1分钟走2分钟,跑速度是5.0-5.5mph,走是3.3mph,31.5分钟,2.06mile,200kcal。锻炼完不很累,做了5分钟stretch。
