真累真累
连续两天每天走5mile以上,还真是很累。
今天早上吃了一些剩下的鸡肉,面包,酸奶和牛奶的混合。
中午吃了一包beef jerky和一瓶红牛。
早上上班走了2mile,中午去取车走了2mile,下午开完会和艾露走了1mile多。
改多吃点儿水果,今天晚上把cherry吃完,再吃点儿苹果。
