今天开始
今天订了计划了,从今天开始,到今年底,跑(加走)完成1000 mile。
游泳要游120次,每次不少于1000m或者连续30分钟。
希望到年底时候,我体重减少45lb,降到122lb。
所以,5.6,7 三个月是关键,希望能够减肥到147lb。
今天早上走了30分钟,1.75mile,170 Kcal
早上吃了几块白切鸡,一碗面条
